The franchise model is affected by the economic difficulties of today. Operations financed include franchises Gold Star Chili & Buy Building, the purchase of an investor, buying and rehabilitation investment, a transport company car company in the new car dealers television production, Power Distributor Sports Industry manufacturer, bakery, restaurants, service companies and retail stores to provide "interim financing" for real estate investors to develop the acquisition and rehabilitation of land.
IT Bridge Fund was created in 2009 by Angelo Sferrazza.
